- Mr Ian : Well I must declare - Tim Tams defeat Penguins in a choccy biccy contest. They have a thicker inner layer and wider nicer variety of flavours. Plus 20 in a pack so it makes for a good pig out on a night in front of a Bruce Willis movie making Tim Tam straws in your Milo.
